NT Labs Koi Care Paramedic Kit can be used when fish have cuts, abrasions or ulcers on their body. The Paramedic Kit has been designed to allow you to carry out basic first aid on your koi safely and hygienically to help fish recover as quickly as possible
NT Labs Koi Care Paramedic Kit contains 6 components:
- 10ml Koi Calm: a sedative to make fish easier to handle (for use with koi only).
- 30ml Ulcer Swab: A wound cleaner and disinfectant.
- 30ml Propolis Wound Seal: an antiseptic, waterproof sealant to prevent bacteria reaching the wound.
- Pair of gloves: to maintain hygiene during treatment.
- 10 Cotton Buds: for applying topical treatments.
- Instruction Leaflet: contains advice on how to use the products within the kit.
How to use NT Labs Koi Care Paramedic Kit
- Ensure you have the appropriate equipment ready before catching the injured fish. This should include a container large enough to hold the fish during treatment.
- Follow the instruction on the leaflet provided.
- Treat the pond with Acriflavin after using this kit to reduce the numbers of pathogenic bacteria and to reduce the likelihood of re-infection of the wounds.
- Feed your fish Medikoi Health and Medikoi Probiotic to aid their recovery by providing vital nourishment and high-quality nutrition.
- Test your water quality regularly using NT Labs Test Kits.
The NT Labs Paramedic Kit contains all the essential items required for giving first aid to fish when they have been wounded or have ulcers.
Koi Calm is a gentle sedative designed to calm the fish down so that it can be handled easily. Ulcer Swab & Wound Seal. The kit also contains cotton swabs, gloves and a comprehensive treatment guide.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
