Kusuri Potassium Permanganate is a good disinfectant for ponds and nets. Kusuri Potassium Permanganate is also excellent for the eradication of Trichodina and Costia and other parasites.
Kusuri Potassium Permanganate is supplied as a very fine crystalline grade imported from the USA which is far easier to dissolve.
Kusuri Potassium Permanganate will discolour water for up to 7 days, and can be used down to 10 C.
At higher temperatures Potassium Permanganate will remove some oxygen from water, so it is advisable to keep an airstone running whilst the treating the pond or quarantine tank.
Dosage 6.8gms per 1000 gallons. We do not recommend the use of Potassium Permanganate as a bath treatment.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
