Fish are most vulnerable to parasitic attack when the water starts to warm up again in the spring and when new fish are introduced into the pond.
In the cooler times of the year when the fish in your pond are being given a rest from the rapid growth provided by higher protein diets, they should be fed Medikoi Wheatgerm with garlic.
NT Labs Medikoi Wheatgerm with Garlic Koi Food is very effective at stimulating the appetite. If fish have been moved or have "gone off their food" NT Labs Medikoi Wheatgerm with Garlic Koi Food can encourage them to feed again very quickly. When rapid growth is not a priority, NT Labs Medikoi Wheatgerm with Garlic Koi Food can be fed throughout the year and can be used instead of NT Labs Medikoi Beauty Koi Food in the feeding programme.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
