The Koi Transport Vat can be assembled in seconds and is ready to use. Half fill with the water that the fish are currently swimming in and prepare for a stress free move. Once all of the fish are loaded and the `zipable` cover is closed they can enjoy the luxury of being transported safely in a greater volume of water than any boxed fish could. Your fish cannot damage themselves against the liner unlike rigid tanks. Coupled with this they are not in a sealed environment which means there are high levels of gaseous exchange.

There is no need to worry about where to obtain heavy and cumbersome oxygen cylinders. When using the air pump as an optional extra, which can be connected to the vehicle's 12 Volt supply, the heavy aeration delivered from an airstone will ensure constant high levels of oxygen together with carbon dioxide and ammonia being driven off.

Larger items:
Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
