These Japanese Floating Baskets do come with a detachable lid which secures into place and stops the Koi from jumping which could result in damage to the Koi.

The Japanese Floating Basket is an invaluable addition for the koi keeper as it allows the isolation of a koi without removing it from your pond.

One more thing for inspection of your koi these Japanese Floating Baskets are alot safer to use, the risk of damage to the koi trying to jump out is reduced significanly using the Japanese Floating Basket as opposed to a koi bowl.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit. 

Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.  We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We will  arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
