These polypropylene fibres have been used in cement renders for over twenty five years, they are mixed into the render and the random alignment of the fibres increases its tensile strength which prevents cracking and flaking. The high cement content also reduces the permeability of the render.
The render is applied directly to the concrete block walls of the pond at 5 to 8mm thick with a 1 kg pack providing sufficient material to 10 square metres. Rein fibres are mixed in with sand and cement.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
