This pumping performance is based on minimum resistance to flow, our example uses a vertical 6m rise. Any horizontal distance addition, reduction in pipe size, changes of direction, restriction valves or other points of resistance will result in a lower flow. Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
