Regular testing of your pond water quality will help ensure optimum health of your fish.
The only way to know what the GH level is, is by testing the water with an GH test kit. Regular testing, especially in new ponds, will prevent damage caused by low GH.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
