AquaForte EconoBead EB 60 Complete System

The AquaForte EconoBead EB 60 Complete System is unique to the UK market, in that it is a complete plug and play filter installation consisting of the AquaForte Econobead EB 60 with by pass, AquaForte Midisieve, 75 watt power UV T5 and AquaForte DM-Vario 22000S pump

All these products are carefully pre installed on a polymer pallet. This only needs 3 connections to the pond system.

AquaForte EconoBead EB 60 Complete System comes ready to install on a pallet size is 100 cm x 120 cm x 85 cm High. The AquaForte EconoBead EB 60 Complete System suited for ponds up to 30000 ltrs (6600 gallons)

The AquaForte EconoBead EB 60 Complete System have a strong quality polypropylene vessel and are standard equipped with:

• Sludge drain valve to remove the sludge from the bottom of the Econobead
• AquaForte Econobead 6 way Multiport Valve 
• AquaForte Econobead Blower equipped with a silencer.

The AquaForte UltraSieve Midi is a Gravity Fed pre-filter to filter waste solids from the water via a bottom drain or through a skimmer. This technique is based upon the very successful Ultrasieve III, which incorporates a sieve-bend. A sieve-bend consists of hundreds of sharp stainless steel profile wires with very small slot openings where the water can go through but the solids stay on the sieve bend. In practice it works as follows:

The water enters the Ultrasieve Midi via the Ultraskim or bottom drain and passes through the “auto-adjustable” dam and will go upwards and fall over the weir on to the Stainless Steel sieve-bend, removing particles from the pond.
