Koi-keepers need to take great care to ensure that none of this compound reaches the pond as it can destroy the filter balance and seriously damage fish health.
Various media have been promoted to deal with Chloramine but all have suffered from limited effectiveness over any length of “life”.
Koi Carp are therefore now happy to be able to offer the koi-keeper replacement Cartridge sets.
This specially manipulated activated carbon, never before seen on the aquatic purification market, can out-perform a good activated carbon by anything up to ten times* for removal of this contaminant.
It can also be used to upgrade all other makes using the standard 10” housings to an effective performance.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
