SuperFish Pump & UVC Clean is a natural acid that dissolves limescale making it perfect for the cleaning and maintenance of pond pumps and UVC quartz sleeves to provide maximum performance.
Regular cleaning of your pond pump and UVC is necessary for efficient operation, to prolong service life and maintain the warranty. Limescale deposits allow dirt and algae to adhere more easily to your pump, causing reduced performance and increased wear and tear. Dirt and limescale on the quartz sleeve of your UVC reduces the permeability of UV light hitting the water, reducing efficiency.
Instructions:
Add 1 litre of SuperFish Pump & UVC Clean to 10 litres of tap water in a bucket.
Clean your pond pump and UVC at least twice a year. Never use this product in the pond or allow it to come in direct contact with living organisms.
Pump Cleaning:
Disconnect the pump and let it soak in the bucket for 24 hours. Then brush the pump housing and parts clean and rinse well with tap water, after which you can install the pump again.
UVC Cleaning:
Dissemble the UVC and let the quartz glass soak in the bucket for 24 hours, then rinse well with tap water, After drying, you can assemble everything back according to the instructions.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
