The Senz pH Meter comes with a auto shut off, this energy-saving feature shuts off the tester when it is idle. To ensure accurate reading at all times, the unit displays a low battery sign to alert user to change the batteries before it degrades the accuracy of the reading and data.
The Senz pH Meter is made to be splash proof, allowing easy washing of the unit. Even if the tester is accidentally dropped into the water, it will remain afloat so as to enable user to retrieve it immediately without damaging the sensitive electronics in the unit.
Most pH testers must be handled carefully due to the fragile glass sensor. With an accidental drop of the unit, the tester is beyond repair. But the Senz pH Meter was made to withstand a drop up to six feet. Thanks to the reinforcement of the sensor area and a specially designed straight glass bulb that reduces stress and impact during a fall.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
