Due to the high strength of the magnets we STRONGLY recommend removal of watches to avoid damage to them (and keep them well clear of any magnetic data storage!). Also avoid the contact of the magnets with metallic components as the magnet may be stronger than you expect and may suddenly attach itself, pinching anything in its way!
We accept no liability for loss, injury or damage in fitting the magnets.
Sorry, this has to go via a courier service (apparently the Post Office don't appreciate their stuff being messed up by a stong magnet in a jiffy bag)

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
