How to use Mr Koizumi Filter Startand dosage:
- Shake well before use.
- 500 ml per 10,000 liters of pond water.
- Every 14 days after dosing. 250 ml Per 10,000 liters of pond water.
- After adding the Mr Koizumi Filter Start, temporarily switch off the UV or/and Ozone and any protein skimmer (24 hours).

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
