If the Impermax Aqua is applied on vertical or steep surfaces, it is important to use Thixotropy Additive, so the product will not “drop” thus ensuring enough thickness in the membrane.

Impermax Thixotropy Additive should be used on Vertical or Steep Surfaces.
If the Impermax Aqua is applied on vertical or steep surfaces, it is important to use Thixotropy Additive, so the product will not “drop” thus ensuring enough thickness in the membrane.
Also, on vertical/steep surfaces, which are to be covered with tiles, it will be necessary to attach mineral granules of a certain particle size (min. 0,9 mm in diameter), on the final coat of membrane while it is sticky, in order to obtain enough roughness and compatibility between the membrane and cement.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
