They raise the heat pump from the ground to help protect the heat pump from corrosion and to allow the condensate water to escape, they also help to reduce noise and vibration from the heat pump.

- Applications, the vibration pads can be used both indoor and outdoor, fit most of Air Source Heat Pumps and Air Conditioner or Condenser Units.
- Stable Mounting Pad, these anti-vibration pads help minimises vibrations and the movement of the air source heat pumps or air conditioning unit, keeping it in a stable position.
- Easy to Install, can be directly installed on concrete.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
