Using a Heat Exchanger provides a method of heating water by simply pumping the water, on it's return to the pond in much the same you would connect a UV steriliser.
Water enters through the Inlet Pipe and then circulates past an inner Stainless Steel Coil. The coil contains hot water from the boiler. The heat from the 'Hot Water' in the inner coil never makes contact with the actual pond water but the heat generated from it is then transferred to the water flowing round it by radiation providing heat to your pond.
All Our Heat Exchangers are made from the finest quality 316 Stainless Steel and have a superb finish.

Larger items:
Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
