You can also mix FOK Bio Factor VL 1.5 kg with your koi food.
- Feed koi food alongside FOK Bio Factor VL 1.5 kg.
- Moisten koi food and dust with FOK Bio Factor VL 1.5 kg.
- Mix water and honey, sprinkle this onto koi food, followed by FOK Bio Factor VL 1.5 kg.
Mix this all together and then feed.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
