Dosage:
Starting dose is 1 measuring spoon (=15 ml) per 500 litres of pond water for 5 days. Hereafter, for maintenance 1 measuring spoon per 1,000 litres of pond water per week.

Dilute the required amount into a bucket or watering can with lukewarm water. Never poor directly onto plants. Add Colombo Balantex to the pond water at regular intervals, this way you will maintain the KH and GH value, this is fundamental for a healthy pond and crystal clear water.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
