The choice of which type of pipework to use has always been a dilemma. As you all know, the use of anything other than pressure pipe and fittings for both gravity and pressure lines and the added security and peace of mind that they bring, is only a cost saving exercise. Unfortunately, the use of pressure pipe and fittings in the past has simply been too expensive for the majority of koi keepers, despite it being the preferred choice.
One of our objectives at Absolute Koi over the last 12 months has been to create a complete pressure range, at prices that we can all afford... we have done it! and we have cut no corners. For example all of our pipework is class 'E', the best available on the market. Please take time to compare our pricesand understand what this means. Everybody can now afford to use the highest specification materials available.

Larger items:
Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
