- Use 10g per 1,000 litres of pond water.
- Repeat dose weekly to maintain clear, toxin free water.
- In cases of exceptionally high chlorine, chloramine or pollution, a second dose may be required.
- Complete Pond Detox 1 kg treats 100,000 litres
- First fill a bucket or watering can with pond water, then add the required dose and mix well.
- Slowly pour the solution into the pond over a 20 minute period, spreading it evenly.
- Ensure good aeration and water circulation during and after administration.
- For newly filled ponds, always test for chlorine before introducing fish.
- UV can be left on.
- Safe to use with salt.
- Do not use with other water conditioning products or medications.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
